The length of time between knock and response is almost enough to have her turn around. If it hadn't been for the sheer simplicity of the note, she'd have thought her arrival a mistake.
"You give the creatures too much credit," she replies, stepping neatly around him and into the apartment, which looks much the same to her as when last she was here. "But your note was rather succinct, and I'd nothing else to do today."
She adds that last, because it upsets her a little that she responded immediately to a note that said 'Now.'
