If she were in anything approaching her right mind, the fact that he just handed her his wand would tell Narcissa a million and one things. As it is, all she does is favour him with a brilliant smile as she takes it and uses it to make it rain in his studio. Despite their intoxication, the magically-induced shower doesn't touch anything but them, and the floor. Perhaps it takes pity on them... but none of his supplies will be wet, later, and there will be no flooding.
Just rain, and she laughs in delight as cool water soaks her in moments.
